The top reef rises to a height of 6 meters and descends to at least 30 meters.
There are many different varieties of colorful reef fish present with the
abundant hard corals. At a glance, different species of trigger fish, wrasses,
surgeon fish, and parrot fish are clearly identifiable. Throughout the dive,
Hawksbill Turtles can also be easily located. Around large coral blocks,
white-tipped reef sharks and scorpionfish can be seen. Divers may be able to
see Thresher Sharks, Oceanic Mantas, and Whale Sharks here when the conditions
are ideal. Dive sites in this area of the island offer chances for unique
encounters. |
